Markusson, Green & Jarvis, P.C., was established in 1984 under a predecessor firm name and was re-established under its present name in 1996. MGJ has a fundamental commitment to providing first-rate legal services to our clients. Our services go beyond litigation support, reaching to employment counseling and commercial transactions as well.

MGJ handles significant litigation in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah. We also have appeared in numerous U.S. District Courts and U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal, as well as in the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Our attorneys' backgrounds are diverse, with many firm members maintaining an active trial practice in multiple jurisdictions.
