James K. Green
Mr. Green was a trial attorney for the defense firm of Lum, Biunno & Tompkins in New Jersey until 1978 when he joined the general counsel office of Johns Manville Corporation. While at Johns Manville, his duties included the supervision, coordination and handling of the asbestos litigation pending against the company and other major litigation. He has been Vice-Chairman of several American Bar Association committees including the committee on Products Liability, General Liability and Consumer Law, Committee on Toxic and Hazardous Substances and Environmental Law.
Mr. Green has been a guest lecturer for the Defense Research Institute on cancer-related litigation and punitive damages. Additionally he has given lectures on premises liability, and coordination and discovery in complex cases.
